MISSION
Ensure the administrative management of Human Resources by guaranteeing compliance with legal, operational, and strategic processes, while promoting efficiency and accuracy in the company’s internal procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage HR administrative processes, including onboarding, contractual changes, terminations, and maintaining both physical and digital records.
- Perform attendance control and payroll processing, ensuring legal compliance and up-to-date systems (PHC, nGTime, SharePoint).
- Coordinate with Occupational Health Services and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Support the management and organization of professional training initiatives.
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, as well as in the onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations, such as annual income statements, DMR, and the “Relatório Único.”
- Promote a positive organizational climate by contributing to internal communication and coordinating team events.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in an industrial environment).
OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel).

Familiarity with management software (PHC, nG.Up, SharePoint).
