MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate CNC machines (3 to 5 – axis and/or lathes) to cary out production tasks in accordance with established procedures
- Program CNC machines using specialized software or control systems such as Heidenhain and Fanuc
- Set up CNC machine parameters, such as cutting speed, feed rate, and tooling, to ensure the accuracy and quality of the produced parts
- Monitor the production process, performing regular quality checks on manufactured parts and adjusting machine settings when necessary to maintain standarsds
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Academic Qualifications: 12th Grade
- Proven experience in similar roles
